All item descriptions believed to be accurate but not warranted, bidder inspection is encouraged By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. End Times: This auction is a timed event and has staggered end times with 1 item ending every 10 seconds. Also any bid placed within 5 minutes of the auction ending will automatically extend the auction for 3 minutes from the time the bid is placed. Bidder Verification: The identity of all bidders will be verified, bidding rights are provisional, and if complete verification is not possible, Maples Realty & Auction Co. will reject the registration, and bidding activity will be terminated.
